Free Legal Information and Advice

The Centre provides free legal information and telephone and face-to-face advice to people living in the Hawkesbury, Nepean and Hills areas of NSW.

Advice is provided on a range of legal issues, including:

  • Discrimination Law (complainants only)
  • Employment Law (employees only)
  • Motor Vehicle Accidents
  • Victims Compensation
  • Consumer Complaint
  • Driving Offences
  • Fines
  • Neighbourhood Disputes
  • Complaints against Government Departments
  • Domestic Violence and Apprehended Violence Orders (women only)
  • Family Law (including de facto and same-sex relationships)
  • Powers of Attorney and Guardianship Orders

We also assist community and social workers seeking advice and appointments for their clients.

This service is available at any time, subject to the availability of a solicitor.
